A native of Ethiopia, Attorney Guadie is fluent in Amharic, English, and Geez. He graduated from Addis Ababa University Law School with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). After graduating from law school in 2004, Attorney Guadie became Assistant Judge at the Amhara Regional State High Court in Bahir Dar, Ethiopia. In April 2005, he joined Bahir Dar University faculty as a lecturer of law. In 2007, Attorney Guadie was awarded a full scholarship and earned his M.Sc. Degree in Land Management from the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden.

In 2012, Attorney Guadie earned his LLM in Environmental Law from The George Washington University Law School after internships with the EPA Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance in Washington, DC. Attorney Guadie has worked as a law clerk at Molden & Holley in Atlanta, Georgia, and as a case manager with the Davis Bozeman Law Firm in Decatur, Georgia, and he has earned a paralegal certificate from the Emory University Continuing Education Program. Attorney Guadie is married and a proud father of four children. He also serves Kedist Selassie and Debre Tsion Mariam Ethiopian Orthodox Church in Lilburn, GA.
